I read over your posts and you have some interesting idea's I plan to utilise in my workouts. I often find it's not so much the excersises we chose as the way we do them, as well that weight doesnt always have to be heavy to get good results- you utilse alot of techniques and that's my way of training too!

you do have nice calves but, mine are still better... I should take a pic of the muscle I have on em..... it's actually surprising for a girl but I hate being muscular... I don't thik it looks very lady like
