Main Goal: Prepare for an upcoming BB contest Best Features: Shoulders and back. My Plan: Keto diet at the moment. Have my own workout plan that I designed Motivation: Being happy with what I see in the mirror Accomplishments: Shrugged 600, Benched 400, Military Press 325, 170lb incline DB press Advice: Learn your body, learn how it moves and how it responds.
I started training 15 yrs ago for sports in HS. At age 19 after a major life crisis I kinda gave up, became a 2 pack a day smoker and kinda gave up on caring about my body. Then it took a simple phrase from an Algerian co-worker 'hey you're getting fat' and I was back in the gym the next day. I started out trying different training philosophies, GVT, High Volume, High Reps, lots of isolations and just wasnt getting anywhere. Then over the past 4 years I began researching and developing my own system. I came to the realization that people overcomplicate the hell out of bodybuilding. Muscles are designed to move a joint. and they move it in a specific fashion. I geared my program to take the best advantage of those movements and combined the principles of powerlifting and bodybuilding to develop my own training system. And to this day I stand by it as the best thing I ever did for my body.
