If you've got a great workout for legs, back, chest, the whole body, the whole week, whatever, post it here.  If you're looking for a new workout routine or a particular split (Mon, Wed, Fri) or a modifed workout because you're pressed for time, ask here. 

Looking for participation from anyone who is posting workouts on their journals already.
